Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

The Service lets you upload a short video and automatically generates a documentary-style voiceover, background audio, and captions, producing a new video. Generated narration and audio are produced by automated tools and are fictional and for entertainment.

You keep ownership of the videos you upload. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have all rights and permissions necessary to upload and use it.
• You have the consent of every person who is identifiable in the content, including a parent or legal guardian's consent for any minor who appears.
• The content does not infringe anyone's rights and does not violate any law.

You may not upload, generate, or share content that:

• Is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
• Depicts, sexualizes, or exploits minors in any way.
• Is non-consensual, harassing, threatening, hateful, or defamatory.
• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Contains someone's likeness without their consent.

You also may not attempt to bypass the Service's payment or credit system, or misuse the Service in a way that harms others or the Service.

The Service lets you create public share links for your videos. Any video you share via a link can be viewed by anyone who has that link. You choose what to share. Do not share videos you are not comfortable making public.

We may remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful, at our discretion. You can request removal of your own content or a shared video at any time by contacting maxlichtig@gmail.com.

Certain features require credits, which can be purchased in packs. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Credits are consumed when you generate a video. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable. Prices and credit costs may change.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Generated content is automated and may be inaccurate, imperfect, or not to your expectations. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Max Lichtig will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for content uploaded or shared by users. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
