Privacy Policy

• Account information: such as your email address when you create an account.
• Content you upload: the videos you upload, and the videos the Service generates from them.
• Payment information: when you buy credits, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction details, but we do not collect or store your full card details.
• Basic usage data: standard technical information needed to operate the Service.

We use this information to provide the Service (process and generate your videos, maintain your account and credit balance), to process payments, to enable the sharing features you choose to use, and to keep the Service safe and working.

We do not sell your personal information. Videos you choose to share via a public link are viewable by anyone who has that link. We use service providers to run the Service, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (storage and backend), and the AI providers that generate the narration and captions. These providers process data only to provide their services to us.

We keep your account information and content while your account is active. You can request deletion of your content, a shared video, or your account at any time by contacting maxlichtig@gmail.com, and we will remove it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records (for example, payment records).

The Service is not directed to children and is intended for users 18 and older. Do not use the Service to upload content depicting minors without the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and never upload content that exploits a minor.

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be reflected in the date above.
